Toya Walker is the Founder and CEO of Testifi AI, an automated technology software solution service. She has over 20 years of experience as a legal and certified compliance professional. In 1998, Walker graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In 2000, Walker completed her first year of legal studies toward a Juris Doctor degree at Southern University Law Center. In 2002, Walker graduated from Southeastern Paralegal Institute in Dallas, Texas, where she obtained her paralegal certificate, which is approved by the American Bar Association. Walker became a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional through the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) in 2017.

She has developed and managed global corporate compliance programs, served as a Legal Director at the #1 minority woman-owned law firm in North Texas, and has been an Adjunct Instructor in the Paralegal graduate certificate program at Southern Methodist University since 2013.

Walker is described as having a positive attitude, being enthusiastic, and an excellent servant leader in the legal profession and the community. Walker has had the distinct honor to serve in several leadership roles including the United States Global Leadership Coalition, as a Texas Advisory Council Member, a District 2 Director of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division, the President of the J.L. Turner Legal Association – Paralegal Section, and as a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and Paralegals (NALA) Continuing Education Council.

Walker is the recipient of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division Exceptional Pro Bono Award, is a Southlake Chamber of Commerce Leadership Southlake Alumni, and an esteemed Alumni of the SMU Women in Leadership program. She enjoys mentoring, traveling, reading, and watching inspirational podcasts. Her favorite bible verse is Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
